6:00 pm Meet Santa at the Mill, Treasure Hunt, Cookie decorating.

Sunday December 6th
MACTIER – Santa Claus Parade
5pm – The Parade winds up at the arena where there will be free skating, hot dogs, hot chocolate and visits with Santa.
BRACEBRIDGE – Santa Parade
1pm – Parade Theme: Be a Gift to the World. Immediately after the parade, Santa will greet children in Memorial Park for a visit and some hot chocolate.

HONEY HARBOR CO-OPS TREE LIGHTING & CAROLFEST
At 7pm on Friday, December 11th, the spirit of Christmas arrives at the Honey Harbour Public Library and Park Landing in downtown Honey Harbor. The Tree Lights will be lit, carols will be sung, and hot apple cider with cinnamon sticks and hot chocolate with marshmallows will be served with lots of delicious cookies. Come out and catch the spirit!!!
SENIOR & FRIENDS LUNCHEONS
The Baxter Community Volunteer Group’s luncheons for Seniors & Friends are held every second Wednesday of every month at 12pm, at the Baxter Community Centre. If you are planning to attend please call Judy at 705-756-5484 by the Friday before the lunch.
BAXTER SEVERN ATV RIDERS

The Muskoka Community Health Hub is now open from 9am to 4pm daily at 71 Lone Pine Rd to attend to your health needs. Diagnoses, injury treatment, referrals prescribing and renewal of medications, routine health exams and annual check-ups are some of the services available. MUSKOKA FUTURES IS LOOKING FOR LEADERS
The seven week seminar in leadership will take place in Bracebridge starting Tuesday January 12th. The Leadership Mastermind course in based on the book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” by John Maxwell.
This is an opportunity to join a group of like-minded leaders who focus on taking results in every area of their lives to the next level. You will be shown how to raise your leadership skills by understanding and implementing the 21 irrefutable laws of leadership.
The Leadership Mastermind will be facilitated by Doug Wilson, founding member of the John Maxwell Couching, Speaking and Teaching Team and local Doug Wilson Couching.
The Course is offered to Muskoka Futures Members for $125; Segbay Chamber of Commerce Members and Muskoka Futures Advisors for $150; and for non-members for $175. Cost includes book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” values at $15, and one personal couching session with Doug Wilson valued at $100.

PORT SEVERN MUSKOKA FAMILY FOCUS EARLY YEARS PROGRAM

ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION – Beaverbrook Branch, Waubaushene
The Presidents Levee will be held on December 24th starting at 4pm
Bid Euchre – The branch hosts bid-euchre every Wednesday at 1pm in the upstairs hall. This includes lunch for $5. If you play euchre, you can lear bid-euchre very quickly. For your convenience, there I an elevator to the upstairs hall.
The Lady’s Auxiliary host a bid-euchre and roast beef dinner on the first Sunday of the month, December 6th and January 3rd. Start time for cards is 1pm.
Saturday Kitchen Jam – The monthly Saturday kitchen jam, held on the second Saturday of the month, will be on December 12th, starting at 2pm. This event is free and open to everyone, including children until 6pm.
